Chocolate cake - terrible I know but I promised I would be honest on here!
Lunch
Avocado and tomato sandwich
Dinner
Pasta - 75g seems small in the pan but fine in the bowl
Tomato sauce with garlic, onions, chopped olives and handful of spinach
350 cals approx
Snacks
3 dried apricots
Apple
2 ginger biscuits
Could have been better and I only had maybe 3 glasses of water so I'm going to make sure I have plenty of water before I go to bed.
Tomorrow should be better as there is lots more food in the fridge - i'm viewing this as more options not greater quantity!
I'm attempting to write this on my blackberry so forgive me if it's a mess as I can't really see what I'm writing!
