Breakfast
50g muesli (3 kinds mixed)
90g banana
orange juice
350 cals approx
you can reduce the cereal to 30g and skip the juice if you really need to restrict calories but keep the banana
Lunch
I wasn't feeling very well and went to bed :(
Dinner
Feeling sorry for myself and ended up eating chip sandwiches for dinner!
I followed this with a tub of Jelly Tots while watching 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall'
It is perfectly acceptable to comfort eat when you're all alone watching tv on NYE!
