15 Oct - breakfast

I'm quite shocked that this crap in my (almost empty) bowl is 250 calories!

I'm on a pretty restrictive diet for a week leading up to a family reunion. As I only had a week's notice so it's not long enough to start the master cleanse. As long as nothing comes up I intend to start it after the big family thing and I think this might be a good way to prepare my body.
My plan for the week is - cereal for breakfast upto 250 cals then pretty much just fruit, veg, soups etc
